Journey to the Center of the Earth - Felipe Morozini
Exhibition curated by Felipe Morozini, proposed for the Mostra Design Weekend.
The assembly took place on the 4th and 5th of August 2016, at Loja Estar Móveis at Alameda Gabriel Monteiro da Silva.
The Exhibition is a Tribute to the Author's Furniture, elevating the furniture to the status of Work of Art and proposing criticisms and discussions with current events, such as the problem in the city of Mariana, where all the residents lost their furniture in the mud, being the Chesterfield Sofa Lama a critic to this situation.
The drained black egret chair marks recent oil spills and egrets killed in black oil.
In addition to criticizing, the exhibition presents furniture from different designers, such as Irmãos Campana, Zanine Caldas, Alexandra Kehayouglou, Cristhian Leonel, Guilherme Wentz, Regério Canela and many Others.
