REMOTE MONITORING OF CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS

Not all of our clients are in São Paulo. Over the years, we have developed projects for different cities in Brazil and also for other countries, serving clients who sought the GUZLIVE methodology even when physically distant.
In these situations, a turnkey project isn't always feasible, but that doesn't mean the client has to manage the entire project alone. For these cases, we've developed our Remote Project Monitoring service, a type of technical assistance that allows you to monitor the project's execution remotely, offering continuous support throughout the entire construction process.
Our goal is to ensure that key decisions continue to be made with technical guidance, reducing uncertainty, preventing execution errors, and increasing the project's fidelity to the developed design.
How does it work?
After the project is completed, we remain alongside the client during the execution phase. Although we are not present on the construction site daily, we monitor the progress of the work through online meetings, analysis of photographic records, videos, updated blueprints, and constant communication with the client and the professionals responsible for the execution.
Whenever questions arise related to the project, our team provides the necessary support to guide you to the best solution, offering much more security for those who are building or renovating far from São Paulo.
Who is this service suitable for?
Remote Construction Monitoring is recommended for clients who developed their project with GUZLIVE and will be executing the work in another city, state, or even outside of Brazil. It is also ideal for those who already have a local construction team and wish to maintain office support throughout the entire project.
This model allows clients from any region to access our technical expertise without depending on the constant physical presence of our team.
What do we do during the follow-up?
During the monitoring process, our support involves various activities throughout the execution, such as clarifying doubts about the project, holding technical meetings with the client and suppliers, analyzing photos and videos of the work, and providing guidance on construction details.
We also assist in interpreting the Detailed Design, technically validate solutions proposed by the local team, support the specification of materials when necessary, and guide adaptations arising from situations encountered on the construction site. Furthermore, we monitor the progress of each stage to ensure that everything is aligned with the developed project.
Our role is to ensure that the decisions made during execution remain consistent with the original plan.
What does this service not include?
It is important to clarify that Remote Construction Monitoring has different characteristics from Turnkey Execution. In this modality, GUZLIVE does not perform daily project management, permanent coordination of suppliers, purchase of materials, contracting of service providers, continuous on-site supervision, or financial administration of the project.
These activities remain the responsibility of the client or the local team contracted for execution, while our focus is on technical assistance related to the project.
When is remote monitoring the best solution?
This approach is usually ideal when the project will be executed in another city or abroad, when there is a trusted local team, and when the client wishes to maintain direct contact with the architects responsible for the project. It is also especially recommended when it is important to ensure greater fidelity between the design and the execution.
In these situations, remote monitoring offers an excellent balance between technical support and operational feasibility.
